Tofu is a processed food from soybeans originating from China and is known as “Asian cheese”. Tofu has a savory and delicious taste, but did you know? besides its delicious taste, tofu also has health benefits.
In tofu there are various kinds of nutritional content, such as protein. Where the quality of tofu protein is almost as great as meat and milk. Also, unlike many other protein sources, tofu has a low saturated fat content and is cholesterol free. 1 piece of white tofu
500 ml of cooking oil
50 ml of water
100 grams of flour
